Cancellation policies terms and conditions
“White Heaven Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd ” is committed to ensuring that your relationship with us is protected. In case you are unable to proceed with your holiday and would like a refund, our policy is simple:

- Less than 90 days but more than 15 days: 30% of the total package price.
- Less than 15 days but more than 07 days: 50% of the total package price.
- Less than 07 days or no show: No refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All packages are extendable on pro-rata basis as quoted at the time of Reservation only or subject to availability.
- No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.
- The management reserves the right to alter or withdraw in part or cancel the facilities provided under the package without prior notice.
- The management will not be responsible for weather condition.
- The management will not be responsible for any flight, train or bus delay.
- The management will not be responsible for any miss happening.
